What is the processing time for Pre-Orders wigs?

The processing time before shipping is 10-14 business days. Please be aware that shipments could possibly be delayed on USPS end. it is completely out of my control but we ask you to be patient.

What is our return policy?

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are NO REFUNDS.

What is our shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your shipping address.

When will my order get shipped?

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday after the processing period. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

How can I check the status of my order?

Make sure you enter your contact information when checking out. We will send the status of your order to your email.
